MAW Action Pty Ltd regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers.  The following privacy policy applies to all MAW Action Pty Ltd users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection Information

In order to use the MAW Action website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts, including email.

Any details collected from MAW Action customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

The security of your personal information is important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layers technology (SSL).  When Credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required.  WE never permanently store complete credit card details.

MAW Action Pty Ltd Security Policy

MAW Action uses the eWAY and paypal payment gateways for its online credit card transactions. eWAY and paypal  processes online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.  All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY or paypal gateways are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by MAW Action or any outside party

All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate

All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s  and pay pals bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

eWAY and paypal are authorised third party processors for all the major Australian banks

eWAY and paypal at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by MAW Action.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or paypal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).  We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.  We will attempt to send your goods via MAW Action within three working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Digital Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).  We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.  We will attempt to send your software/licence/access code via Australia Post within five working days.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a course, we will give you we will give you a full credit if you decide not to attend a course within 7 days of commencing it.  If you advise us 14 days in advance of attending the course that you will not be attending it, we will give you 50% refund.  If you advise us in 30 days that you are unable to attend a course we will refund you 100% of the funds.
